PNT’s Diffuser Film Back Coating Machine produces optical films by applying micro-gravure coating on PET film with several micro-sized beads, drying with hot air, and curing with UV.
The produced product is a base film to the pattern process, which is a post-production step.
Currently, PNT developed and applied a new Slot-die system, which improves the production speed by more than 70% compared to the existing method, surpassing the constraints of the mixed coating solution with beads.
