The Electrode Calender(Roll Pressing Machine) is precision-engineered to roll coated webs while maintaining a highly consistent thickness.
The most critical factor in the rolling process is the precise control of the roll gap. To achieve this, uniform linear pressure is applied between the main rolls across the entire electrode, enabling high-speed production of up to 150 m/min. By utilizing a hydraulic servo-control system, we have achieved an exceptional reproducibility within 1 μm.
For cathode rolling, hot rolling technology is applied to ensure higher rolling speeds. For anode rolling, a multi-stage rolling process is implemented to prevent the spring-back effect. Furthermore, we possess a wide range of advanced technologies, including high-frequency induction heating. PNT also offers various specialized features, such as a 1000N high-tension stretching device and a PHP device designed to eliminate wrinkles and improve web quality.
