The Roller Hearth Kiln (RHK) is a continuous firing system that heat-treats materials by continuously conveying saggers using heat-resistant rollers in a high-temperature environment.
It delivers a stable firing environment required for LFP cathode production through a maximum firing temperature of 900°C and high-purity nitrogen (N₂) atmosphere control.
Productivity is enhanced by a 60–80m precision temperature control zone and a 6 Tray × 2 Layer stacking structure, enabling uniform and stable continuous production while accommodating variable firing conditions ranging from 17 to 35 hours.
