The electrode slitter is a machine designed to cut the coated or uncoated(non-slurry coated) sections of rolled electrodes into the desired widths.
To ensure precise width tolerance, it is equipped with a block knife unit, and various devices such as an oil cleaning unit, turbo brush, suction system, and magnetic bar are applied to prevent foreign substances from entering the process.
The winder shafts in the electrode slitter are configured with 3-inch and 6-inch friction shafts to maintain consistent tension for each reel during winding.
