PI Film Heat System

The polyimide film coated and dried through the PI film coater is subjected to high-temperature drying via infrared rays from ceramic heaters in the heat treatment equipment's dryer, ensuring product stability. By subdividing the temperature control of the ceramic heaters in the TD (Transverse Direction) based on the product's running direction, excellent temperature profile stability is achieved.
