This secondary slitter is applicable to various base films such as release film, polarizing film, and OCA film, and is designed to handle web widths ranging from 1,000 mm to 2,800 mm.
It is capable of slitting to a minimum width of 300 mm, and even at high speeds of up to 200 m/min, the machine operates with minimal vibration, ensuring stable performance.
Depending on the thickness and type of the material, various knife systems can be applied, and dust or particles generated during slitting can be effectively removed.
