FCCL Coater

The FCCL caster coats liquid resin onto the M-side of copper foil at a controlled thickness, then dries it in an oven to form a semi-cured PI layer. Using a slot-die system, it supports both single- and double-sided coating, and can be equipped with a separatorion unit upon customer request. Coating thickness is easily adjustable, and the system offers excellent stability and operability, making full-line automation possible.
