OCA Film Coating Machine

The OCA Film Coater coats a coating solution onto PET film using a roll coating method, then laminates it with the top PET layer, cures it, and winds it. To ensure uniform application of the coating solution, PNT's proprietary nozzle is used, allowing the solution to be evenly supplied across the full effective coating width. The gap between the coating rolls can be adjusted by the user to achieve optimal coating conditions.
